The Role: ⚙️

We are seeking an experienced operator to primarily operate Front End Loaders (FEL), ensuring efficient material handling and site preparation for our road crews.

• Pay Rate: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).

• Employment Type: Full-Time, ongoing.

• Location: Based in Wyong, NSW.

Duties: 🛠️

• Operating Front End Loaders for loading/unloading materials.

• Stockpile management and site preparation.

• Conducting daily machine pre-starts and safety checks.

• General operational support to the civil crew as required.

What You’ll Need: ✅

• Proven Experience: Essential experience operating Front End Loaders (FEL).

• Tickets: Valid White Card and relevant Plant Licences/Tickets.

• Bonus Skills: Excavator experience is highly regarded.

• Flexibility: Must be willing to work away when required for specific projects (allowances paid).

• Reliability: A strong commitment to WH&S and a track record of reliable attendance.
